1. Are Your Castles Suitable for Adults?

   • Children’s castles are not designed for adults. However, we offer a range of castles specifically for adult use. So, if you’re an adult seeking inflatable fun, we’ve got you covered!
     
     

2. How Do You Define an “Adult”?

   • Anyone over the age of 12 should avoid using our children’s castles. Our adult castles are suitable for all ages.
     
     

3. Collection Times:

   • For one-day hires, we collect the castle after 5 PM.
   • Overnight hires are picked up the following morning around 10 AM.
   • Hires spanning more than one day will be collected on the evening of the specified collection day after 5 PM.
     
     

4. How to Book:
   

   • The easiest way to book is through our online system. Simply visit our website and follow the booking instructions.
   • If you have specific requirements or need to discuss special needs, feel free to give us a call.
     
     

5. Payment Options:

   • Payment is required upon delivery. You can pay in cash, via Visa, or during the booking process using our online booking system.
     
     

6. Securing the Inflatables:

   • We use pegs to secure the inflatables outdoors.
   • For indoor use, we rely on sandbags to keep the unit in place.
   • The setup area must be reasonably flat, free of sharp stones, and dog mess.
     
     

7. Rainy Weather:

   • Most of our inflatables come with shower covers.
   • If you decide to cancel due to rain, please let us know ASAP.
   • In cases of heavy rain or high winds, we may need to cancel for safety reasons. Don’t worry—full refunds or date transfers are available.
     
     

8. Equipment Problems:

   • Our equipment is serviced and well-maintained, so problems are unlikely.
   • However, if any difficulty arises during your hire, contact us immediately. We’re here to assist.

10. Cancellation Policy:

    • Yes, you can cancel your booking. However, please note that you will lose a £25 deposit.

For the safety and enjoyment of all, we kindly request that adults refrain from using the children’s inflatables. Additionally, pets, silly string, party poppers, and chewing gum are not permitted on the equipment. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a fun and safe environment.
